The following are among the studies and rankings M&E is planning to release in the near future:

1. World´s Most Environmentally Sustainable Oil/Gas Companies 2009

   On the occasion of the Copenhagen Conference on Climate Change in early December 2009, M&E and Oil&Gas Journal Online Research Center will be releasing their first study and top 20 ranking of global oil/gas companies´ detailed environmental performance. The study will cover hundreds of standards/norms in the such areas as financial returns of alternative energy investments, R&D, energy/waste reduction, carbon credits, environmental transparency, safety, policies and management programs.
